עם חודש דצמבר מגיעים הזימונים לראיונות! אתה מקבל הרבה זימונים וצריך להחליט איפה לשבץ כל ראיון. זה אומנם נראה פרט שולי, אבל למעשה השיבוץ קריטי וסדר נכון של ראיונות יקל עליכם בראיונות עצמם.
אז למה צריך לשים לב בשיבוץ הראיונות? כמה טיפים פרקטיים:
כמות הראיונות
3-4 ראיונות ביום זה לגמרי מספיק! וסה”כ 12 ראיונות בכל השבוע זה ממש מעולה. לא להעמיס יותר מדי, עדיף לצמצם את הראיונות למספר מקומות שאתם באמת מעוניינים להתקבל אליהם. זכרו שעדיף איכות על כמות.
מיקום
קריטי! יש לשבץ ראיונות במשרדים שנמצאים יחסית קרוב אחד לשני מבחינת גיאוגרפית כדי להימנע מאיחור, וכדי לא להסתובב הרבה באותו היום. רוב הראיונות מתקיימים בתל אביב – לא העיר הכי נוחה להתניידות בשעות העומס. בסה”כ, המשרדים הפרטיים לדוגמה, ממוקמים ברובם סביב אותם אזורים: עזריאלי, רוטשילד, אזור בית המשפט המחוזי ורמת החייל. אם בונים את זה נכון אפשר להתנייד בעיקר ברגל (וזה ממש חשוב… מניסיון!).
שעת הראיון
מומלץ להגיע רעננים לראיונות שחשובים לכם יותר. גם המראיינים מבצעים המון ראיונות בכל יום וגם הם יגיעו פחות רעננים בשעות המאוחרות של היום. לכן אם יש מקום התמחות שחשוב לכם במיוחד, נסו לתאם את הראיון לשעות הבוקר!
סדר
הכלל – כדאי לשבץ ראיונות חשובים בשלושת הימים הראשונים. לרוב זה חשוב מאוד מבחינת סיכויי הקבלה! גם המשרדים ייטו לשבץ מועמדים טובים יותר בראייתם ב-3 הימים הראשונים.
יוצא מן הכלל – שני הראיונות הראשונים בשבוע הראיונות יכולים להיות סוג של “טסט” . אם אתם זקוקים ל”סימולציה” הזו לפני הדבר האמיתי (המקומות שחשובים לכם) שבצו את שני הראיונות הראשונים בהתאם – קודם מקומות שפחות חשובים לכם. כך תוכלו להתנסות ולהשתפר לפני הראיונות החשובים.
